Bella Luna Ranch is a dream. Well, it is my dream anyway. It started many years ago
when as a child I visited with my Aunt Jo and Uncle Bill who had horses. One of my
fondest memories to this day is...the smell of hay, horses and leather. My exposure to horses
was non-existent after that until about 10 years ago when the opportunity to do a little trail
riding came about. That turned into a daily pleasure for me. So, I bought my first horse
Cairo and began a new chapter in my life. We now are blessed with several beautiful horses
with us on the farm I share with my husband Alex, my mother Dee, 3 mini Yorkies-Billie,
Nina and Lucy, 2 Yellow Labs-Otis and Greta, 2 barn cats-Maggie and Lea, and of course
the horses-Ralf, Cairo, Alikat, T'amo, Kari, Avita, Danali, Mera, Rocca, Zeta, and
Azul!
Bella Luna sits on 10 acres in Grant, Minnesota. We are a small breeding operation
producing only the finest sport horses - one at a time. We breed Warmbloods, Friesians,
Adalusians and Friesian crosses using only approved sires and dams. All of our horses are
born here on the ranch and imprinted and handled daily. We take our young horses out
beginning at an early age to give them exposure to the things they will encounter later in life.
They attend shows, expos, inspections, and sometimes just go visiting. All of our horses are
registered and inspected by quality registries. Bella Luna Ranch means Beautiful Moon
