Alikat is a beautiful 16.2 hand registered American Warmblood mare. Her coat has an incredible iridescent quality to it. It shimmers in the sun like a brand
new shiny copper penny. Her tail is an amazing mixture of colors. You could never recreate the mix of golden hues mixed with grays, black, browns, blonds and of
course red tones. Every morning as you walk up the path toward the barn the first thing you hear is Alikat nickering softly to greet you and inquire about her
breakfast. Alikat came along at a time when we needed her most. Cairo had an undiagnosed lameness that put him out of commission permanently. Ali became
my primary riding horse at that time. Ali was a jumper when we bought her. After only 30 days in training she swept her first Dressage show! Ali won high
point for both days of the show and the entire weekend with scores in the mid 70's! We were very proud of her. An old injury to her hind fetlock has become arthritic
limiting her ability to work any longer without pain so we decided to breed her. This lovely mare has produced three fabulous champion offspring so far. Alikat
passes on her sweet temperament, beautiful eyes, and long legs every time. She also has a fancy, floating trot that I miss riding.
